Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the weight of your order. We offer several shipping methods to ensure that you get your products as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Crimea (Region of Ukraine), Somalia, Yemen, South Sudan, Parts of Afghanistan.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
