Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service, and we’ll ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
