Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase. 

All sales are final.

Every Kowa Gaming Studio product is made to order in collaboration with our artists. Once an order is placed, it goes into production and cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any order. Please review your order carefully before checking out, including the product, layout, and your shipping address.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at teamkowa.studio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the affected item once it is reprinted, at no cost to you. Replacements are provided for the same item only.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us at teamkowa.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible and we can correct it before the order ships. If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, contact us with the correct address; reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Lost parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside of our service.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
